We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote based on the location and amount of rooms to be staged.

Our base package includes staging the living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom and bathroom, main or powder bath, and laundry room.

One month of furniture rental is included in the stage, which can then be retained on a month to month basis if desired. After the first month, if the home sells or you’d like to pull staging, proration can be arranged. Staging can then be pulled with 7-10 days notice for pickup.
